The Manager of Enrollment Operations will have full management and financial accountability for a Medicaid enrollment operations and customer service center with 30 staff. This position has accountability for a service delivery site within PSI’s health service operations. This position will be the key point of contact with the client and has overall accountability for contract administration, customer service operations, IT, quality assurance and training, and program outreach. Managing total revenue between $2 to $5 million, this position is a key member of the service delivery management team.
