Medicaid A/R Representative (Conshohocken, Pennsylvania)

Mercy System Services (Corporate Office) has an immediate opening for a Medicaid
Accounts Receivable Representative in our Meditech Central Billing Office (CBO).
This position is located in Conshohocken, PA.

The Accounts Receivable Representative (A/R Rep) is responsible for the follow
up and resolution of denied, underpaid and overpaid accounts. Duties and
responsibilities include but are not limited to: follow up on accounts triaged
by the EOB auditors and forwarded via reminder; identify reason for denials and
make appropriate claim corrections; identify reason for payment discrepancies
and resolve appropriately; follow up on no response accounts; review and
comprehend contract language and fee schedules; trend and communicate payer
issues and A/R impact.

Other requirements include: High school diploma or equivalent and one to three
years previous experience in a Financial Services department. Associates degree
may be substituted for experience, Bachelors preferred. Familiarity with
Medicaid preferred. Demonstrated analytical ability and proficiency in Excel
also preferred.
